Ski resorts that open soon close to KY???

I know this should this should go under regionals but it wont get many hits there. So i put it in ski gabber. I live in Louisville Kentucky and want to ski sooner that december when my local hill opens. dose any one know of a ski Mtn close (within 8 hours) drive of Louisville Ky. I want to ski as soon as i can.

IM GOING TO ASSUME THERES A HOCKEY ARENA IN YOUR TOWN.

1.BUILD OR BUY A RAIL OR TWO
2. WAIT FOR TEMPERATURES TO DROP A LITTLE
3. GO TO RINK WHERE THERE WILL BE MANY PILES OF SNOW IN THE BACK
4. SESSION ALL DAY
5.??????
6.PROFIT

ALSO DONT EAT THAT SNOW, DONT EVEN TOUCH IT WITH YOUR HAND

OR IF YOU'RE PRETTY GOOD AT SKIING

YOU COULD TAKE SOME SNOW AND GO IT URBAN, BUT FOR ME 7 OR 8 MONTHS WITHOUT HITTING RAILS MAKES IT HARD TO GET BACK INTO IT. TAKES ME LIKE 10 TRYS TO GET TO THE END OF A 12FT DOUBLEKINK

http://www.paolipeaks.com/ is 50 miles, and snowshoe is a place in WV thats gets good snow, but i habve no idea how close that is
