Anyone got any suggestions for a car that is big enough to put the seats down etc. and sleep in. Something that drives decent in the snow, is not to expensive and has good gas mileage.. My dad is looking for a new car.
Something like a nissan roque or a Honda element? Preferably not american made, want something that lasts long, is cheap/easy to fix if it has problems

VW Eurovan Just like a Westfalia but without the camping equipment = Les expensive, less weight so more mileage per tank. Also, its awesome.

That's cool. Cars are still better on the mpg, it's just the way it is. Trucks though have so many benefits over a car to me though. Not saying you can't get decent out of a truck if you get the right combo, just saying that cars naturally are going to be better on the wallet in that aspect. I love trucks and need a truck, so it's worth it.
