I just personally think it is the worst way because, as you can see, all it does is make people argue and get pissed off at the other side's viewpoint while not accomplishing anything and certainly not remembering the people.

seriously? ok, i might be naive and anything, but the military budget rose from around 300 billion/year to around 490+ per year (not including the costs for afghanistan and iraq wars). some companies ended up getting a lot more money than they would have without, lets say, a significant event.

i know that a lot of corrupt companies, intelligence agencies and other stuff would do A LOT for 200 billion $ per year more or less in their pockets (i dont have to cite sources, since i looked it up earlier and remember these figures, you can look them up if you dont trust me).

afghanistan is the worlds biggest opium producer. think about that, and look up who profits from that.

what was the reason for the iraq war? the mass destruction thingy obviously not, so what then, hmmm, oil?

in WWI, german troops/ambassadors tried to start a jihad in the middle eastern towards the english occupying power in order to relieve the western fronts. but a simple monetary offer from lawrence of arabia (yeah, that guy in the movie) convinced them to cancel that "religious thingy".


to me, money is a bigger motivator to pull such a thing off than religion. especially since these groups have way more possibilities of disguising operations than a bunch of jihadists.

You are naive the defense budget rises every year so couple that with the influx of new tech and equipment needed to fight a super high tech war we have never prepared for it makes sense. And how is the defense budget being raised profit its a budget aka money we are spending not making...

Some companies are making huge contract profits but the overall bottom line is we have lost a fortune in blood and treasure on these wars.  For christ sake the Europeans are the ones who gleaned the most oil contracts from both Lybia and Iraq.

Seriously, I've given some thought to this, and its a stupid, stupid theory. I can't believe out government would do that. Why doesn't anyone acknowledge the plane that hit the pentagon or flight 93. I think it's disrespectful to keep up with these bullshit theories. The families don't want these painful memories looked over time and time again. There's no way the US did this to itself. It's more important to remembering those lost and to help those who lost friends and loved ones.
