Its only kind of unusual, its more common in internet videos that are "HD". But I just googled it and it seems like iTunes stuff should be 720p, but more compressed so it won't necessarily be the best 720p out there. I'm guessing Blu-Ray will be the best of the best, but the iTunes HD download is probably the next best. and $20 cheaper.
