Help me with this crazy ass virus/hack

sooo....awhile ago i was sitting on my computer, this thing popped up saying i had 3 "threats" so i bought the anti virus (security something)....well today the same kind of thing popped up, ansking me to buy it again even though ive already bought it it says 24/7 customer service but i cant find a number, ..it popped up with 11 serious threats, then a box popped up with my ip address, and the ip adress that was "hacking" me...i just turned off my computer and unplugged it, no idea wat to do now...any help would be extremely needed

you bought a virus essentially, happens all the time. if something pops up saying "buy this", NEVER do it.

can you boot in safemode at all? do you have a second partition (my guess is no) that you can log into and access the virus from a different drive?

.... I had a friend get a similar virus problem on her macbook, and I fixed it for her. Don't be a fucking idiot.

so get in there, and just start deleting anything and everything associated with that program

uninstall it first of all, or bring it to someone who can go through afterwards and delete the rest of the trackers and whatnot

What it did was edit deep into your root. What you need to to do is open up your C drive and find it and delete it. its probably called system32.

yeah well you're gonna have to do that and then delete the stuff you downloaded or get anything you want and wipe the drive,

i still can't believe you downloaded that haha. YOU DIDN'T GIVE THEM ANY CREDIT CARD INFO DID YOU?

Delete system 32 or run a magnet across the hard drive.

so ive successfully deleted most of the files, but for some reason  it wont let me delete a few files ...the ones it wont let me delete  have the administration symnbol by it (gold and blue shield thing)
