The thing is though, MGMT fucking sucks aside from 1 song, and I still prefer the remixes. M83 is actually good music.

I like MGMT a lot more than this. This doesn't sound good.

"The youth" Is my favorite MGMT song, the others I don't care for that much, but yeah. M83 is pretty bad.

well, thats incorrect. All m83 albums have been banger, including the new one, which just leaked. MGMT has a few good songs, and their second album blew nuts.

MGMT blows btw, M83 actually has a well established collection of amazing music. If you want to use m83 in an edit find something older that no one's heard much of before, that way you can still be hip and show off to all your school buddies

M83 is clearly better, they just haven't gotten the exposure that MGMT got way back when they did all those stupid songs like Kids and Electric Feel ect.

Im just saying that this one might give them the inevitable break into the mainstream.

Theyve also been in TITA (already mentioned) and the epic intro to Fully Flared. I am perfectly ok with more M83 in ski movies though.

How dare you compare the genius of Anthony Gonzalaz (M83) to the shit-pop that is MGMT. At most the two artists have in common is their use of synthesizers and gaining popularity, but in no way is MGMT even comparable to M83 in musical talent. MGMT presses play on a computer and dances around the stage at live shows. M83 actually performs with live orchestras and *gasp* strays outside of monotonous major scales.

I deem your opinion uneducated, and you can kindly go fuck yourself.
