My computer has been really slow lately when i have been trying to do anything involving the internet. i cant watch a 3 mintute video unless it buffers for an hour on youtube and 5 hours on vimeo and my download speed is 400 BYTES per second. finally to load a webpage it takes 5 minutes. can any one help me?

Could be like 20 different things causing it. Is this just your computer's internet being slow or the whole house's? Some general/obvious things to are run a virus scan and reset the router.

download ccleaner run that shit. clean registry and run the analyzer and clean clean clean. voila!
