Just had acl and meniscus surgery. Anyone have free xbox live codes??

hey guys so there was a thread about this earlier I believe but it probably died and I can't find it anyways. I was wondering if any of you have some xbox live codes that I could use? I'm stuck at home and have watched every single movie I own almost and am super bored of just watching tv. I need something to pass the time better. I'd really appreciate it if someone could hook me up. Just shoot me a pm please. Thanks everyone! Also, p.s. For those of you who have had an acl reconstruction surgery, how long was it until you were back walking on your leg? And bending it? Thanks alot guys! I'd kinda like to find a code soonish :P

just sign up i think there is still a 30 day free subscription if not it is by far the cheapest entertainment you can have. plus there is no contract so pay 10 bucks and then you have entertainment for ur whole time. also through my experiences....injury is the best time to get people to do stuff for you. ask friends and family for things you love but dont usually want to go get. favorite foods, movie theater popcorn from the theater, ect... milk it son

hey man, I had ACL & meniscus done back in june. it took me about 3-4 weeks to start taking my first steps, and damn it felt good. I was getting around quickly and driving places within 6 weeks I'd say. the first couple weeks are the worst because you can't do shit. stay ahead of the pain with the vics, its easier to avoid the pain before it comes rather than try and make it go away after it already hurts. listen to your therapist, and do the exercises they assign you, you will recover quicker and stronger. good luck buddy

after that kind of surgery it might be wise to invest in a 6-month or year subscription.

dude get the hulu plus trial, you can stream it through your xbox and loads of tv shows on there, and netflix has a trial if you dont have it

tvshack is tv shows mainly and solarmovie is movies

Dude! I had surgery on my ACL Friday, sept. 2nd. Im already walking on it, i hardly need my crutches and can bend it from 0-90 without a problem. How are you coming along?

Thanks for all the help guys. But I just ended up dishing out the money or live and signing up or netflix with a month free trial. To the guy two post above me...holy crap! Your post makes me nervous. Mine hurts to put weight on kinda and I can't really bend it. Where did you get your acl from? The hamstring? I'm actually a little scared now :/

Ya i did a hamstring graft. and dont be worried, I think what you are experiencing is normal. I have a really high pain tolerance (I seem to fuck myself up often) and I think my surgery went abnormally smoothly. Did you damage anything else? I had minor meniscus damage. So minor my doctor said he didnt even tell me about it.

You can get as many free 1month xbl GOLD trials as you want as long as you have a new email each time. Heres how you do it:

Go into xbox, and start a brand new profile with a new email (use yahoo mail.. its really easy to create a new one). Go When you sign in, it will ask you whether or not you want to sign up for xbox live gold. Say no. They will say "We'll we will give you a free 1 month trial anyways so you can see what its like."

My brother does this every month. He never has to pay for xbl.

I'm not actually sure how bad my meniscus was actually. But they did have to fix it. Maybe I can find out
