New 40 gig 4th gen iPod for sale

If you want to buy the new 4th generation (40 gig) click wheel iPod in stores it'll cost you $400 plus tax...and you don't get a case or the wired remote.

I'm selling one brand new, still shrink wrapped in the box, along with a brand new case and wired remote (all still in boxes) for $400.

Sorry, should have specified, $400 american. I'm not trying to make or lose money off of this, I just bought it and realized I shouldn't have since I already had one :)

Pete is currently sulking around Mt. Hood, shooting with Poor Boyz Productions and hitting on Kristi Leskinen. She hates guys, Pete lamented, so it’s not going good. Apparently Canada isn’t the only thing that’s tough for Pete to get into.

yea, i gave that some thought. but, i'm an idiot and i need money for some new skis etc....so it'd be better just to sell the new one for what i got it for.

I bought it from the Apple online store and they won't allow me to return it now because it's just outside of their 14 day return policy....if I took it to the retail Apple store, they might allow me to return it, but I assume I'd only get a credit. I know this all sounds shady but it's not...I feel like this thread has already gone on longer than it should have :)
