Its that time of the year again...

when all i can think about is getting back on the mountain and skiing.

the summer's treated me well, but now i'm getting that urge again. watching ski edits, looking at new gear, trying to decide what i'm gonna get, buying my pass.

getting stoked.

what are you guys stoked about for the season?

what new gear you getting?

i'm getting new boots, not sure yet. maybe the ace of spades.

new jacket. and new goggles.

and i'm riding a new mountain... so i'm stoked to meet new people. excited.

some of you guys are so lucky to have a ski season so much earlier, i still have to wait three months /rant

but im stoked cuz i got new boots over the summer and cant wait to try them out also learned some new tricks on the tramp and wanna get those down on snow

yea i got longer than that, east coast suucks.

and i got some of last years k2 domains for real cheap. but im so excited its ridiculous, and i still have all of fall to make it through

yeah lol. i like to ride as much as possible. theres no doubt that ill be getting a seasons pass but its just people to go with. i go with snowboarders and they are bums. they like to go half a day while i prefer to be the first one on the hill. guess joining the team would give me a chance to meet other skiers to ride with. havent really thought about that, thanks!

yea do that. plus you dont have to wait for the snowboarders to strap in and all their time wasting.

ride the park, talk on the chairlift. thats how i like to ride.

thats so true. fuck they waste so much time, usually they just sit there.. like what are you doing. lets go. then they all like im cold lets go in after two runs. sometimes i even do my own thing cus they are so fricken slow. i need ski friends :(

yeup. pretty much. my friends would ride the whole day.. but i would always end up leaving em and just plugging into my music and hotlapping the park. and eventually i'd catch up to em again..

only if i yell at the one ahead of me. my hill is pretty shitty.. 2 chair lifts, one is two seater, other one is four. i used to talk to randoms when i used to ski with one of my best friends. but she doesnt ski anymore and im stuck with the guys. they arent even the crazy type, more of the mellow kind.

Already had the first snow on august 28th, with some of the trees really starting to show their full colors now.

Deffs stoked on this year for sure! Although since the La Nina hit my area the hardest in terms of snow(Mount Washington, Vancouver Island BC, total base was 700cms of snow :P) snow Has stuck around and I've been skiing up the closest mountain every week or so shred some jumps and rails a couple buddies of mine made. missing the powder abit tho :(

im getting way ahead of myself tho. in my mind im gonna be skiing in a month but its actually like 3 or 4.

im getting new skis, bluehouse antics, new bindings, not sure what ones yet, and some other small stuff!

Stoked to try to learn a bunch of new stuff also I just found out I'm going on a weeklong trip to alta/snowbird so stoked.

Saving up to get a new suit and new boots (grew out of my agents :( ) and then pumped to get a job somewhere and hopefully save up some $$ for some pow skis!

i know this is uncalled for but if you need some new stuff and wanna help a ski brother out check my sale thread

im SOOOOOOOOOOO Stoked for this season ( my first full season cause i only ski the ends of the last season). Im stoked on all new gear ( probably xl saga jacket but i don't know cause im 5.8) and new tricks like flatspin 450 out , switch up 270 out etc..

Ya, I can't wait any longer for the ski season! I got a pair of k2 hellbents this summer that I'm dying to try out!

As soon as the snow falls i'll be out there... even if the lifts don't open until thanksgiving....

september and october are the worssstt. premieres are starting and all you freaking lucky dudes out in colorado and utah are about to start your seasons. ya i know theres rail jams and ski sales and that preseason stuff but NO REAL SKIING YET! its like torture but once november comes im so stoked for opening day and then the multiple times a day accuweather month forecast checking starts and the shoveling of an inch of snow throughout the driveway into a pile to attempt to hit my tiny skate rail before the snow melts. i hate fall
