the quick facts. I live in colorado springs. I live across the street from a middle school. I am renting a house. i want to solve this problem of underage smoking behind my house.

so here is the skinny. The house im renting is right across the street from a junior high and 2 blocks from a high school. When school is out the kids come across the street and smoke cigarettes and weed behind my house. I know it is not a big deal to some, but to me smoking is retarded and has horrible health consequences. In colorado springs it is illegal to buy cigarettes if you are a minor. If you have them on you and you are a minor there is no punishment so i cant get them to stop that way. The school across the street will take no action because it is not on school property. The alley way is owned by the public, so i cant get them for trespassing. The only two things i can think of is littering and since my gas to my house is on that side maybe there is a loop hole that says no smoking within so many feet of those lines. all i want to do is make the side of my house not the place to hang out. Also i dont want to see young kids who know no bettah smoking. throw some ideas you got my way.

also they have knocked over my garbage, kicked over a neighbors oil can and broken a fence by sitting on it.

shut the fuck up you dumb fuck.. youre probably 16 and still live with your parents and dont realize how annoying shit like this is and probably wont until you start paying bills. The bottom line is they are smelling up his house with smoke, id be pretty pissed about that as well. First off a posession charge isnt going to fuck anyone for life, especially as a juvenile, secondly he said he was going to threaten to call the cops, not actually do it. Pull your head out your ass and grow up, realize that it really isnt cool that these kids wont listen, they can smoke anywhere, theres no reason to be trashing this guys side yard/smelling up his house

-right before school gets out, get soda cans and shake them up.

-place them in the vicinity of where they will be smoking.

-get an airsoft gun and shot the cans when they come by.

-the soda will spray all over them, and no one likes to have soda on them cause its all sticky.

-Repeat process untill they leave

Ok whatever you do do not just aproach them and start yelling, all kids hate that, and will either run away or they wont listen to your wishes. Just walk up to them and say that its all cool but if they wouldn't mind moving some place else from now on. If they don't listen just say you will have to contact the school.

Step 1: Buy a pack of marlboros

Step 2: Find a vial of PCP

Step 3: Take out 10 cigarettes from the pack and get rid of them somewhere. Take the other 10 and using a small painbrush, paint your angel dust onto the cigarettes.

Step 4: Let dry and then put the 10 pcp cigs back in the pack.

Step 5: On monday, leave the pack just chillin in your alleyway. The idea being that these little fuckers will think that some dumbass just left their pack of cigs behind. They will most likley divide them up and smoke 'em. Next thing you know, they think dragons are raping them up the ass and demons are tearing out their souls.

Step 6: PROBLEM SOLVED.

Learn how to read and spell before you make a comment. He clearly says that he has called the cops and even gone into the police station about his problem. They also haven't trashed his yard, just accidentally broke a neighbors fence. And i never claimed that the possession charge would ruin their lives, but kids who get possessions charges young usually end up in a bad place later, whatever the reason may be. And unless all of this guys windows are opened and there is a group of at least 20 of them all smoking there is no way at all that his house is being smelled up. There is nothing wrong with asking these kids to move or even doing things to make them move, but calling the cops is not the right thing to do.

after my comment he said he would actually call the cops, which I do feel is a little much, but I still cant blame him for being pissed about it. Yes they could smell up his house, if they are smoking right next to his house everyday, and they have both broken a fence and left cigarettes around. maybe the reason people who get possession charges end up getting worse charges is because they are the pieces of shit that do stuff to piss people off, and end up getting in trouble for it. Pieces of shit continue being pieces of shit, wow thats amazing.

PS you must just be SO edumacated to point out my single miss-spelling

Although it is stupid and a dumb way to die, confront them kindly and say that you don't have a problem with what they're doing, but you would really appreciate it if they would find a new place to smoke/blaze.

If you act like that a middle schooler would probably consider "cool," they might show you a little respect. Acting like a responsible adult won't do much, it doesn't look like they have any respect for authority does it?
