basically as long as the draft of the ski doesnt touch the ground they can run in it. it would suck to find out its too shallow going 40. we ride in flooded rivers in the spring and basically just tear through ppls back yards at 40-50 mph. you get a lot of looks doin it.hahahah

as long as you arent sucking in debree from the ground you're fine.


if you're already cruising/moving, 2 feet is fine. cuz you're on top of the water..

but from a dead stop, i'd say no less than 3. depending on the size of the ski. cuz from a dead stop, the intake is lower in the water.

at least he stayed in his lane and the draft for a wave runner is only 2 feet, maybe less. you just have to be careful no to suck a rock up the intake.
