any got? wondering FL or HD whats best for youtube? does the .MTS files loose quality when im putting it in to final cut or? regards

i used to have a cx100. guessing its pretty similar. i used hd. my workflow with it was to log and transfer to prores(lt), then use cinema tools to conform from 30 to 24 fps, color correct/ grade in color, then export with compressor to a custom setting i got from vimeo, then upload to vimeo in hd. seemed like i got pretty decent quaity using that process.
