Watch my karma go down the toilet after this next statement but.....haha....I actually used to ride for them way back when....I was the kid in the yellow jacket in the original edits....so I'll give ya the low down....on a real deal hill they sucked....as you can imagine there was zero float and they had a tendency to dive even on fresh corduroy....you could cruise ok if you were scissored like on inline skates but anything over a blue square in steepness and it was one heck of a fight to stay in control....they were kinda fun for urban jibbin types of stuff but trying to grind a rail took the skills of a wizard.....however they were great for throwing flips because it was like you had no skis there to worry about catching tips and such.....throwing flips off of roofs became the cool thing on those.....then as some of you older folk know this guy named jay came along and said that's not good enough....so he came up with a better mousetrap called skiboards and I never looked back and have ridden jays products ever since....hate all ya want but inline skates influenced sled dogs and skiboarding......that guy jay went on to create arguably the most influential company in the world of skiing....known as line.....if not for that progression I'm fairly certain that snowboarding would still be the be all end all for freestyle on the mountain......now I'm gonna have to go diggin cause I may still have a pair or two of these sled dogs stashed away in storage....probably all the promo stuff too....lmao

Wow this really started jogging the memory....lol....any of you older guys remember quarter skis?....right around when sled dogs debuted and I'm sure guys were doin this before that too....but in the spring we would take old crappy skis and saw about a quarter to a third off the front and mount bindings to that with shallow screws.....we used em on the half melted trails and such....like you'd be cruisin come up on a melted patch and just run across it and then back onto snow and keep cruisin.....fun as hell....we'd throw anything on those things....Ahhhhh the good ol days....haha

Pretty much dude....lmao...but in all honesty I got some checks and a ton of free shit jus for one season....right after the debut season line started doin their thing and I jumped immediately....at least I'm willing to admit it....I know there's one other ns 30 somethin that was on that team but he'll never admit it....lol
