Do if3 tickets get sold out usually? I'm wondering if I can buy my ticket, to make sure I get one, and then have it refunded if I'm lucky enough to win the contest

Can you once again tell us how that rule about giving someone a very low score 'intentionally' is interpreted? Is a 5 or 6 a low score, or below that? We could use this 'smaller' competition to sort out the correct formula and instructions before bigger ones (JOSS etc.) come up next season.
