So I bought some saga and I received a green saga sticker the paper its on is 7" by 4". I am just wondering how to put it on my helmet without is looking wrinkled since my helmet is curved. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated I really don't want it to look like shit.
If you cut it into pieces it can help. Use a lighter it will shrink any bubble right out. So like you could take a credit card and flatten it but instead of making those little creases make little air pockets instead and then put a lighter over it but not on it and it will shrink right to it. Good luck I had a hell of a time trying the same thing but the lighter trick helped so much.
I got 6 die cuts from them a few days ago. Went to put it on my maze, and with that little crease in the helmet on the side i wasted 2 die cuts trying to get it to work. hahah fail..
try to fit it on the best you can and then take a lighter and run the flame over the creases. It almost shrink wraps the sticker and makes the creases noticeably smaller. then you can just run your finger along the crease and push it in while it is still hot. You will still have wrinkles but they wont be noticeable
When I put mine on I kind of stretched some parts and had 1 wrinkle which I just cut off. Looks fine though (where wrinkle was looks like a scratch). The problem though is that I got a black one and put it on my black helmet with the same sheen so it's pretty much invisible...
