This was brought to my attention by a tweet by Todd Richards. Seems like a completely frivolous lawsuit.

fins suck. i stepped on the fin of a kiteboard some asshole left upside down on the beach while i was launching someone's kite and they can give pretty nasty cuts. still bullshit though
