I'm in the process of putting together a terrain park for my local mountain (Blue Knob, PA)and was wondering if any of you guys know where we could get some nice rails and boxes. Everything we have now is homemade. We were looking at Straightline Rails in VT (www.straightlinerails.com) and their stuff seems decent, but they never answer their phone or reply to my emails so I'm not sure if they're still a company or what. But if would be great if you could enlighten me to some fabrication places with decent prices, where your mountain got its rails, etc.

blue jay rails...i think there site is still www.bluejrails.com but they will work with you to make the rails really affordable to your mountain. you can go to www.tennymtn.com (?) to see some of there stuff in there old summer set up from last year.

DO NOT buy anything from straightline rails..the rails are horrible! Do yourself a favor and steer clear!
Also, stay away from railbuilders.com...i know a fwe resorts that ordered there stuff and some of the rails came spot-welded and fell apart.

Thanks guys, we were actually talking about getting a bus. I'm going to call D-railed and Blue jay, I think Blue Jay is pretty expensive though. If you know of any other places, please let me know.

that D-railed place is in Canada, shipping to PA would probably be pretty outrageous

only get a bus if your going to set it up right...my mountain always buries it and makes a little 20ft deck out of it.

if you are cheap and looking for boxes do what my mountain did. make one out of an old square chairlift tower, they made a couple that were about 8' long and weighed about 500lbs, you need a groomer to move them around. its a good idea if you're cheap.
