I accomplished landing a front flip off of a diving board yesterday at a public pool. Landed feet first on the third try, but I attempted it for the first time in four or five years.
standing up at 20 past 5, follwed by a 1 hour bike ride to work, 8h of work, and soon another 1h bikeride home. Lets see what the evening brings. At least its weekend soon :D
6 hours of studying (and counting). Finally broke down and got my Utah drivers liscence. Roughly 2 hours at the gym. Headed to my girlfriend's place when she's done working the WuTang concert.
nothing so far today (its only 7:30am thought) except riding my bike to work for an hour and getting out of bed at 5.
But I will have accomplished emptying the nice bottle of jäger and the beers waiting for me at home by some point this evening.

Left on a road trip from southeast Alberta with some buddies yesterday around 630. Proceeded to drive about 18.5 hours (took a few stops so it stretched to about 22 hrs) and ended up in Prince Rupert this afternoon. Hung out for a bit, drove up a sketchy road up a mountain and watched an amazing sunset over the ocean. I should be in bed, but last minute prep for a fishing/camping trip on/around the BC coast tomorrow.
As far as thread hammered out another rail today. 4 days, 4 features. Also made some semi decent food. Brought in a bunch of firewood in the rain so we have hot water.
But now I'm going to pick up paint samples, mail from the post office, stop by our condo and clean out a storage unit, come back home, clean up the yard, but up the paint samples, put away all the stuff from the storage unit, then go grocery shopping and then start drinking.
I cleaned my Blazer up to an immaculate standard, exterior, interior, all compartments, engine bay. She looks nice, and hopefully my date tonight will take notice...
...except there is no date, unless tossing my bike in the back to take it out counts for anything.

storage unit didn't happen, it started raining so we gave up but then it got sunny so we went swimming at the beach. Then primed one side of the house.
went to the hospital and got an appointement to remove the plate in my foot. And the whole thing is happening next week, didn't think it would go that fast!
Got the park all ready to go, only to have the lifts never open and get sent home before noon. Brought a shit ton of wood inside and stacked it so we can have a warm ass house and hot water for a couple days.
Actually woke up before noon, finished my friends edit, talked to some pretty rad ns'ers, went on a 3 mile run, and played karaoke with my 6 year old niece. It was a good day.
stood up at 5, brought my bro + sis to the dropoff spot for their summer camp, worked a few hours and now, I'm gonna go out and play the role of the functioning (hopefully at least) alcoholic!

day one of the mission worked out pretty good. got home at some point around 6 and was drunk and high as hell.
Day 2 is about to commence!
I mowed part of our lawn and went skateboarding for a little bit. Other than that, nothing. I'm so sick of doing nothing.. I feel like I've wasted this summer.. And that's a terrible feeling. I want to spend more time outside in nature.

Find a sweet hike thats difficult and has an awesome view at the end. YOu'l put in some work and then get rewarded by the beauty of nature
well back to the working routine, that means standing up at 20 past 5, ride my bike to work for 25km, work 8h, ride back home and more or less chill for the rest of the day. Could be worse.
Sat on my ass and got paid for it. It's about to rain so it's gonna be another 4 or so hours of that plus dealing with pissed off customers that can't get a refund for bad weather
