Woke up, went to the gym, stopped over at my parents' house to say hi and have some breakfast, went over to the hospital to get a copy of my medical records, sent a bunch of emails, paid some bills, and now I'm about to have some lunch and maybe get some afternoon skiing in before heading downtown for Mardi Gras festivities later!

thanks man. there's its ups and downs.

but now that i have a mindset of trying to get healthy again...just running at the gym every day...its easier to say no/resist since i know it would be ruining what i've started to build back through running.

ran 3 miles today at the gym. exhausted. but feels good.

well im doing yesterday too because today hasn't been very eventful.

yesterday:
woke up at 11, showered, walked to my friends house.
played some soccer in his backyard with him and another friend who had slept over his house.
walked to a pizza place
walked over to a friend's house by the pizza place to say sup, turns out he wasn't home.
we all went back to my house and played skate 2 while bumping some jams for a while...pretty solid day in my book

today:
made french toast for breakfast
showered and then gave myself a haircut, it looks pretty dandy if I do say so myself
about to go do some laundry and then write a personal narrative about skiing for school.

Got up at 10:30, helped my family clean up the yard, got my skiing stuff on, saved my cat from my roof (idk how the fuck he got up there) went to the closing day of my hill, came home, sat on NS, ate supper, did a tiny bit of vacuuming, sat on NS for another few hours, now laying in bed at 11:30
