The ski had a binding pull out on them (FKS). I took a lot of time to make sure that these would not have problems again in the future. First I took a syringe and some marine grade epoxy. I heated up the epoxy and made the ski warm in the pullout area since there was a slightly bulge in the topsheet from the pressure. I injected the core of the ski in that area with the epoxy, then with some suction from a clamp I pulled the epoxy into the core. I did this multiple times until no more epoxy would stay in the ski, I then clamped it for a number of days. The benefit to the marine grade epoxy is that it is fully waterproof and it remains somewhat flexible after curing. This means that it has not effected the way the ski skis at all. I then mounted a different pair of bindings to the ski with the front 2 heel screws directly between the 4 screws from the old mount and the 2 screws in the heel behind the old mount. Since i did this procedure I have used the ski ~30 times, I ski very aggressively and everything is holding up great. It is actually probably stronger than the ski was new. Because the Prophet 130 has aluminum in it, the new heel piece should not pull out, but I had it helicoiled into the ski just as a safety precaution.
Anyway, I know that sounds more sketch than it really is..but I would be willing to sell with bindings (too many skis these days means I don't use them often) for cheap!
