I want to go to homecoming with said girl. Weve been hanging out a bunch this summer. I decieded that I really like her. School starts on the 6th and Homecoming is on October 15th. I even told her I am going to ask her to homecoming. She said she knew I was going to. Now, NS, how early is too early to ask her to homecoming? I was figuring like a week after school but obviously I dont want to be too late. Cause I know Im not the only one interested in her.

I'd say hold off until like a month before, or even a little later. You don't want to come across as super eager, even though you just want to lock shit down. If she knows you want to ask her and seems down with it, it's unlikely she'll just up and go with another dude. It seems like you've got it in the bag, so just wait and surprise her in a little bit.

Ask around, eavesdrop and find out if anyone has plans to ask her to homecoming so you know when to do it. You dont want to ask right away though cause then she'll think your desperate. You gotta build some suspense. If No one is gonna ask her then take your time. 5 weeks before said dance, give or take a week, should be good.
