HELP ME!

I need help. All of the footage of my skiing is in quicktime format. Only I have Windows Movie Maker. How do I convert quicktime to a suitable fomat (mpeg, mpg, avi, wmv, mp1v, mp2, asf, wm, etc)
Please help me!
