I'm moving to portland next week, and i'm looking for some homies to shred with. lookin to get a lot of urban done. roadtrips. skating. Hood. bitches all that ya know haha. I've been in utah for the last season and i'm looking to get in the ski network in Portland. currently im in Portland and planing on riding Hood 2-3 times a week.

I do want to let you know that urban in Portland will almost never happen, we never get snow in town that sticks.

Definitely down to shred though

idk, not everyone has the luxury of choosing where they live. If i could choose I would live in whistler or jackson, but since the chances of me finding a SE job is slim to none that's not gonna happen. I can't speak for the kid coming from SLC but maybe its similar circumstances.

i feel you. winters are way better here. utah gets old otherwise. i like to move every 6 monthsto a year and explore new cities as well as mountans. Utah does have a ton of great adventures awaiting, dont get me wrong i would recomend it to anyone who enjoys on off season outdoor activities. trying to ski 11 months out of the year too.

Portland has three redeeming factors. ON3P, Burgervile, and the rest of the Food. I would PM iggyskier for a list of great places to eat.

I do think that they need to make a season for hipsters on fixies though. The population is getting out of hand. I think 10,000 tags should do it.

So I'll answer the inevitable pass question.

If you only want to ski park then get a T-line pass.

If you want to variety get a Meadows pass, and a ski bowl night pass, then finish the season with a T-line spring pass.
