Whats up Nick?
I have been staying busy in Boulder getting everything ready for the release of the new movie. I also just had surgery last week on my knee, so I am recovering from that.
Hows your summer been?
Summer has been awesome. I did some school in the beginning of the summer in Boulder, then spent the remainder of summer up at Mt. Hood. We were all skiing at Windells Camp and editing the new film. It was awesome until I hurt my knee the last week of shredding. But Ill be skiing again this winter, so i’m stoked!
What are you going to be up to while you rehab?
I am going to be back in school for the fall in boulder, as well working on Stept. I will also be traveling to a bunch of the TGR, PBP, and Stept premieres. And of course IF3!
What was it like working on the new film this year?
This year was our biggest year yet. With more people and funding for the project, it gave us the creative freedom we have always wanted. I have spent more time on this project than any other Stept film, and I am excited for people to get to see the results.
What up the the trailer?
Tonight, at Mid-Night via POWDERMAG.COM, and of course HERE on the Stept site!
Anything else new?
At midnight we are also opening the new Stept Store on the site. We have a new line of apparel and other goodies that are pretty tight!
Any shout outs?
I want to thank all the people who helped make this film possible, especially our friends at The North Face, and K2 Skis. Also my parents and my sponsors, for making this life a possibility!
