They're SWEET! The rocker gives them that extra butter, the flat camber underfoot prevents pretty much all possibilities of catching on rails. 90 underfoot makes the stable, so you can still stomp some pretty large jumps. I loved my Domains, so much fun in the park it's ridiculous.
yes. nearly old hellbent soft. in comparison to my punx they are quite heavy though. i still love the ski. coming from a cambered light park ski, i didnt like the domains at all on the first few days. but now im very comfortable with them and really like them.
and what about the lenght?
I'm 172 and I just saw the old 169 disorder and they're too short for me but the 179 maybe are too long... I'm thinking about the 174 Recoil, anyone knows the true lenght plz?
I think thats one thing keeping me from just being like "next time i need skis, these are it". The icy nights of NJ won't be too kind to wider waisted non cambered ski. or at least something quick edge to edge.
is that the running surface you guys are measuring or are you guys pushing them flat and measuring tip to tip? or are you doing ip to tip with the rocker?
i picked up a pair of k2 press skis at the end of the season, they were super cheap and i figured i would give them a try. im getting kind of nervous, im not sure what to expect. my previous skis were k2s but they werent twin tips
