can somebody make a tutorial on how to make a vest

make it the same way as a sweatshirt but instead of sleeves just dont add sleeves. a good way to do this is add a little bit of ribbing around the arm holes.

This is my friends vest not mine, but you can see the tiny bit of ribbing he has around the arm holes.
