How to find a good ski crew?

I have had nothing but trouble trying to find someone good to help me film. Most of the footage I have sucks and does not reflect my true talent as an athlete. Any tips on finding a good ski crew to work with?

I'm cool and getting cooler always have been, always will be. Ya I am down to make my own crew I have done it mad times for different purposes. I also ain't no pussy I got a go pro and my own shots are sick. I was hoping someone would give me some Real advice and not some bs that anyone with half a brain can figure out. No offense.

You sound cocky. Do the opposite of being cocky.
It's not hard. You just befriend people, talk to them. It's like making friends, but these friends have skills that you want. Don't use the crew for filming either. Don't use people in general, doesn't always end well.

Your skiing reflects your talent, period. High production value shots are stupid and try to make medicore skiing look cool. Set your camera up on a tripod close enough to the jump so you can what's going on. Do your tricks. There, now your TALENT AS A SKIIER has been documentated. No one cares if you can do a 3 and it was shot from a dolly....
