HP TouchPad 100 bucks

I've been trying to get hold of one but live in Europe. I've checked hp's websites in UK, France, Germany but the price hasn't moved. I also checked amazon and other tech websites. Is this just a north american deal?
I was going to get an ipad, but for 100 bucks who cares if its not perfect

best buy bought 250k tablets from HP a few months back and even with the great processing system in them and the other "cool" features they managed to only sell 20,000 since. This just proves Apples Empire in our world
