How much do you think MLS players make?

This guy is a backup for Sporting KC, he plays sometimes but doesn't start.. how much do you think he makes?

probably about 4 dollars.. no, but i would say about 40,000/ year

if he is a reserve he probably makes the developmental minimum which is now 31k a year according to this article, although reserves could makes less than that

The average is like 50,000 to 60,000 I think. But it depends on your time in the league along with other things.

wow I didn't realize MLS players made so little. I mean, that's about 50 times less than any other major league sport on north america.

it's a little higher than that, the revs are currently paying a 16 year old 50K a year to basically sit on the bench. also alot of players get more money from endorsements and sponsors along with their salary

i know that on my team (whitecaps) our best player, eric hassli, makes 900,000. even though we massively suck, he is still completely deserving of that considering he scores about all of our goals hahaha
