My first edit.. tell me how I did

Ok so this is the first edit I have ever done. I've showed it to a lot of friends but they are all kind of gapers to be honest and couldn't tell a good edit from a bad one. Well to start off you need stable shots. Stabilization is key. Next you need to do color correcting. Color correcting is key. Last edit to the beat. This will give your edit more flow and help it out.

no but seriously...congrats on making your first edit! we all start somewhere and to be honest this is a really really good first edit. everything the dude said above me is correct. if you arent going to buy a stabilization system (they can be pricey) just try doing some stationary shots rather than follow cam, and you will get much smoother shots.

just keep making small edits and keep watching some of the pro's edits. you will begin to notice how they edit and what makes a great edit great, and what makes a good edit only good (remember skiing isnt always the only factor in edits)
