Noise Permit

I want to have a dubstep party at my house, since everybody around me is doing it and I have the equipment necessary to show every single one of them up. The problem is, I live on route 7 and have neighbors all around me. How hard would it be to get a noise permit to have roughly 50-100 people at my house and play loud, bass heavy music all night? I live in Connecticut, if that helps.

go rent out a dance hall and charge 5 bucks a person and have a fucking awesome time

Haha, I didn't think so. The only place around me remotely close to a "dance hall" is the town community center, and there's no hope there. Luckily for me, I live in farm country and therefore have access to hundreds of fields out in the woods that nobody would ever see.

Definitely won't happen. Definitely do it out in a big open field. There was one like that near me not too long ago.

doing it in a field is gonna be a bitch, since you'll have to have a ton of generators.

it's not going to matter if you put the generators a fair bit away and behind a truck. you won't be able to hear them over the music anyways.
