So im in some trouble, lots of it. My dealer is my best freind and i got him a realy legit looking customer... It turned out that my "legit customer" was a police guy or something and my feeind is in probation for juvinile court! What should i do?

that's a pretty tough situation man, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. i honestly don't know what to tell you. sounds like it was an innocent mistake, but your buddy is fucked regardless. very shitty situation. i guess that's why you don't deal drugs....he knew the potential consequences and there's nobody to say whether or not he would have gotten busted by some other random way the very next day even if you hadn't done what you did (by accident).

bottom line, he knew the risks of dealing, and this is what can happen when you deal drugs. not your fault.

Agree with the technopotamus, not really your fault. It's not like you called the cops on him. It was his decision to sell to this guy even if it was on your reference. Kinda makes you feel shitty but not really your fault man.

the only time i have ever heard of this is someone gets caught with drugs, and sells out the person he bought them from, then the cops set him up for a deal, and arrest him.

did you get caught and sell him out??

or did you offer your friends services to some random guy you didnt know?

either way it sounds like you deserve a punch in the dick

I met this guy and we were hagnig out for awhile then like 2 weeks after i met him we i lit a J and he asked me if a smoke and shit and then we started kicking it and chilling. He neded ganja so i said got to my freinds. Thats guy was simehow rwlated to the police...

There are certain risks you accept when you start selling drugs. One of them is arrest and prison. In the same way that you might hit a jump one day and lose the use of your legs in a freak accident, you might get into some shit even if you're a low level drug dealer.

It sucks for him, but you should probably not get involved.

If your friend has a lawyer though you might want to consider that this guy was partaking in illegal activities in order to enforce the law... Smoking with people in order to get the names of dealers in order to arrest them is probably not legal. Its called entrapment, and is the same reason that an undercover policeman can't arrest you for racing him if he goes above the speed limit.

Disclaimer: I know nothing about the law.

you met a guy, lit a joint, he asked you where you got it, you said your buddy, he knew cops, then busted your buddy? am i getting that right?? so he wasnt a cop himself, but he rat out your buddy to the cops??

if your going to ask for help we need exact details. i dont consider myself an idiot and i am finding your story extremely hard to follow.

also, i dont know where you got your information about under 3g being legal in canada. marijuana is illegal, period. no matter how much you have on your person at the present time. will you go to jail for 3g? unlikely. but can you be charaged with possession, you bet your ass you can. many people have the misconseption it is legal but no cop in their right mind is going to actually go through the process of charging you with possession for such a small quanity. the court system is already tied up with more important things, like you know, murders.

either way, good luck with the trial. you yourself are fine. depending on how much your buddy got nabbed with he could be in deep shit. possession, distribution, proceeds of crime, etc etc etc, the list of shit they could ding him with is nearly endless. but like most people so far have mentioned, thats the risks you take when you deal drugs.

I retract my previous statement. I would at least want to smoke with someone to assure myself they were on the level before I sent them to my buddy to purchase. Sounds like you indeed did screw up. Hope you're buddy gets off but I doubt it. How did they bust him?? raid his house?? undercover bought off him??
