It's used, but in good condition, an 8/10. There are no tears, just a few marks on the buttons which seem to gather dirt, and the odd mark from sitting on a button lift.

I can ship anywhere really as long as the buyer is willing to pay shipping costs, if there are any import duties or customs charges (not sure of the rules when shipping to USA) these are the buyers responsibility but I will do my best to get it to pass through as a second hand gift.
Had lots of interest on these when I offered another bib of mine for trade, so basically the highest bidder gets them.
