also, nothing about colors, im colorblind, so thats all a bitch to deal with. used my friends panasonic ag-hmc150 and my 501 hdv on 190 xdb legs

I thought it looked really good, liked the vibe just wasn't a fan of the song.

You really need to work on smooth tripod movements. Tighten the tension and loosen the actual locking mechanism and you'll earn much more fluid motion.

I would also suggest taking a look at your footage and deciding what is edit worthy. If the skier does a trick and it's kind of sketchy, or not up to par with the rest of the footage, don't include it. There were also a few shots where you re-framed the subject with a sharp pan or tilt a few seconds into the shot. These also fall under the do not include category, no matter how incredible the trick was, always think, is it necessary to include this shot. This will also cut down on your over all edit length, keeping the viewer entertained. If someone watches your edit and walks away wishing they could see more, you were successful. If they walk away half way through because it got boring than you weren't.

I know you don't want to talk colors so I won't. I'll talk value. There were lots of different levels of exposure throughout your shots, some were under and some were over exposed. If you correct this it will really help the footage complement itself.

Also, were you the kid with the tye dye at the june (?) whaleback session?
