Has anyone gone to whistler the week after newyears...what should i expect. i think im staying at the listel whistler hotel...is that any good?

Well the week after new years isn't really any different to the week before new years in my experience... But yeah its good, think the better snow comes in jan/feb

ive heard 2 stories, some people say the week right after new years (jan 3rd-7) is the most uncrowded because all the schools are back in and everyones gone home from christmas vacation.

Jan sounds like it'd be fine if you ask me, where I ski, Jan/Feb are the prime months for powder.
