A bunch of gay dudes get together and wear glow in the dark/black light paint and dance all night to electronic music. occasional sex in the crowd and what not. Some hot girls show up as well.

According to urban dictionary day glow is The world's largest paint party! A rave-like dance with neon paint, loud techno music, flashing lights, and usually a lot of college kids on drugs and alcohol. Attendants wear white and prepare to be blasted with neon paint, dance like an idiot for 5 hours, and probably be groped by someone rollinhard.

i went this past spring at UMass Amherst..I'd say its worth going to, just make sure you get really fucked up and try to sneak stuff in or go later.  They have this "countdown to paint" thing and it starts when you get there but lasts an hour.  So the first hour was just eyeballing the hot girls and waiting and by the time the paint and main DJ started I wanted more booze. (thankfully I met some random chick with a flask). Also wear something ridiculous, I wore just white overalls and nothing else and had a blast.

and OP day glow is fun... the video glamorizes it quite a bit... notice they only show the same 5 hot girls in whole venue of people. Any rave you go to there are way more ugly rave bitches all sped up on chemicals than hotties. But still if you find the hot ones they're fun as fuck.
