Hey I wonder if it's good to train on trampolnie with my old ski boots on. They weight about 5-6kg. I know heavy as hell.. And I am getting new boots for this season. Thinking of Full Tilts Drop Kicks and theyre like half of the weight of my boots? + Lines afterbangs (184cm) together weight like 5kg? AM I RIGHT?
And please tell me if this is any good way to train for the winter...
