Start by doing 3 s but try to bio as much as you feel comfortable with. You will naturally startgoing to about 450. Then when you feel you are ready set with your arms down and across to the direction you are spinning, tuck in your legs and spot your landing.
It's a forward cork, so your head is infront of your feet in the rotation. Just do 360s slightly off axis until it feels more natural. It seems weird but it's how I was tought flatspins.
