Brand new in the box, never used or even tried on. I have this same helmet for myself and I'll never go back to RED as long as it keeps saving me and looking sick.

For size reference, these run small in mine and most people's experience. I wear a Large in RED and Smith helmets, but XL is perfect in this. Just FYI.
