Brand new in the box, never used or even tried on. I have this same helmet for myself and I'll never go back to RED as long as it keeps saving me and looking sick.

I'm selling this for $100 shipped. I don't have pics on here, but it's seriously brand new. Just go search online and look at the pics!

For size reference, these run small in mine and most people's experience. I wear a Large in RED and Smith helmets, but XL is perfect in this. Just FYI.
