Xbox 360 help

Whenever I put a game in it is not able to read the disk. Where you select the game to play it just says open tray. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is an easy fix to it.

that happened to my last one, i would just try it over and over til it worked or just say fuck it. not sure how you fix it sorry bro. but it's a common problem, i think it's just the disc drive that's messed up..im sure you can find a way/person to fix it on the interwebs

Same thing happened to mine last year. Just hammer away at the A button to open and close the disc tray until it works. You can also tap the top of your Xbox after closing the disc tray and sometimes that works too.

the reader in your disk drive is fucked, the same thing happened to me. You can buy a new drive and manually install it or buy a new xbox. Or if you still have warranty on it you could always send it in.

This happened to me too and we sent it in to warrenty and they fixed it.

mind does this too. What i find is take out the disk and close the tray WITHOUT the disk inside. whait for it to make a churning type of noise. then open the tray and re insert the game. works 90% of the time.

mine used to do this to, what i did was cleaned out the inside of the disc tray with a slightly damp napkin, to get the dust out. now it works

that happens to me sometimes.. i just fiddle around with the disc and it sometimes works.. just rub the disc with a clothe or something and put it in.. not to sound sexual or anything

this happened to mine too your disc drive is destroyed and you either need to get a new drive and install it yourself, buy a new xbox, or send it in for warranty.
