Parkour/Freerun?

Does anyone else on NS do parkour or freerun? heres an edit of me from 3 weeks ago http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_I9L24Sj7Fw (someone please embed for me) AC separation in my shoulder from trying a inward wall flip (wish i coulda gotten it on film)

i did sideflip wayy to much but once im all healed up i will post another edit which will be a lot better than this one

just some constructive critiziscm. it seems like just alot of side flips off stuff. when i watch other parkour edits i see really creative stuff going on. mix it up. nice edit

Freerunning edits looks a lot better when there is some purpose, like you're going somewhere or trying to accomplish something, not just doing random flips, stopping, and jumping over tables. No hate, i liked it, just a tip.

When people say "not as many side flips" that doesn't mean just do backflips. Mix it up jump off ledges, combos, creative shit. But a lot better than I could do lol

Parkour= getting from a to b as fast as possible. Freerunning= getting from a to b using tricks and style. That being said I help teach free running/claim. Also, there is a coach at my local gym who is fucking crazy. I can't explain it but his body contol is unbelieveable. So the US Ski team just recruited him. He does nt ski. They are going to teach him to ski but they want to put him on the team for 2014.I think it's either for the aerial or slope style team. He has spent all summer at the Olympic park in park city. Kind of a crazy story. Plus he is an amazing free runner.

Wikipedia has finally got a correct description: Parkour is a way of conditioning the body and the mind by learning how to overcome physical obstacles with speed, efficiency, and agility.

I have done it for a couple of years, started back in 04, until I fucked up my foot.

I used to train with this guy, he was crazy good back then probably still is (vid is like 2.5 years old.):
