Within the past month or so, I have had some bad dealings with purchasing items from them. They sent me 4 items in my S&G (quickly shipped me another item). Sold me another item, that they ended up not having in stock (refunded me that day). And also recently purchased an item from their new online store, to find out that they had some issues with inventory when releasing that site.
I received a surprising phone call today, from none other than Gabe, co-founder of Jiberish. Basically laid it all out on the line, stating how they screwed up and are acknowledging my past issues and how they are appreciative that I haven't given up with their company. He then proceeded to offer me anything that they had in stock in their store. Didn't matter the price, they'd honor ANYTHING.
All in all, I am amazed at their customer service. For one, having an owner call personally, not a shop employee. Acknowledging their errors, and then willing to do whatever it took to keep a customer satisfied. Shows a lot. I for one, will be a customer again.
If anyone else has been taken care of with great respect, please post it here, as Jiberish does deserve a great deal of recognition for their efforts.
