Does this Saga Hoodie Exist?

I'm sure it's been mentioned somewhere before but I could spend all day searching through the endless Saga threads. Just wondering if this hoodie was ever actually available for purchase or if anyone knows of something similar?

pic is 3 years of age, it turned into one of the hoodies from last fall, the colours are the same, and not it never made it to production.
