park ski abilities

what do you think, what makes a ski a good park ski? weight? flex? material? core? I dunno, i am a pretty newbie in the park, and i would say that the length of ski does the most to me.

pop, good flex, medium stiffness, 75-85 underfoot, strong edges.

I can work around having less pop than in a Troublemaker, as long as the ski is durable. That's the most important thing, ripped out edges, and sidewall chips are repairable but no one wants to have to do that. I think having a bombproof ski that will last outweighs it having less pop. Stiff tails are nice, but I haven't tried out a ski like the Fujatives with a soft tail yet, so I'm not 100% on that. Definitely an 80-85 waist, and good all-mountain abilities too, cause out East its not worth buying another powder ski.

all park ski could easily could be the fujative - all around park flex, nose presses flex, fat undefoot, fatty edges, cheap price if you break them - get another pair for cheap.

a good low to mid 80mm underfoot...strong edges, i like a longer ski for more stability/better landing...and durability
