Why is this happening?

this is a shot i took. when i went to look at it on my computor it was doing the same thing, i just put this into movie maker and exported it real quick to see what it would look like and this is what happened. help?

the real question is why are you using movie maker with a T3i download sony vegas its a great starter program

1. ive been at a hotel for the past week and a half and i got the t3i the day before i left. shitty internet connection to torrent.

2. i was just trying to see if when i published it if it stopped the video from fucking up like that.

nope, it plays back on the camera fine, and it plays fine in the timeline in movie maker, its just when i go to my publish it, it fucks up like that. and earlier in my video library it was doing it, but now its working, its only on todays videos which is weird.

now when i publish it, its doing it with videos from other days. mabye its just movie maker? but it was doing it in my video library earlier.
