the tools at my shop have had my skis since may, and now i move out to go to school in two weeks, and I go down there to see what's going on, and my skis are in the exact same condition they were in months ago. Such incompetence . . .

That sucks dude. That's almost as bad as when that kid sent in his skis to get mounted with P12 Jibs and they gave him Tyrolia's instead. Bummer dude, crack some skulls like you said. When its peak season like this, thigns can get pretty backed up in the shop.
