So, I cracked my stock bars landing stupid on a drop yesterday, and I need some new ones. I'm 6'1", so I was looking at bars that are like 8.25 in. rise, maybe a little taller. Will it be hard to get used to taller bars after riding small ass stock bars for such a long time? I'm looking at Fit Sky Highs, Odyssey Lumberjacks, and Fly Tierras right now. Halp! Also, what benefits will a taller, wider bar give me? I've just heard that taller people should get taller bars to make it more comfortable.

I used to ride (sold my bike a couple weeks ago) and I had S&M Slam XLT Bars. I think they were 8" rise. I found them to be super comfortable and if you wanted to go a little bigger you could go with Grand Slam XLT's. Strong, light, comfy. Also, I'm 6'3".

I also ride slam xlt s and they are really good bars. Made in the usa the welds are real nice and clean also has a lifetime warranty. Cant go wrong with s&m
