About a month ago I stopped smoking, for obvious reasons plus I have a couple court dates coming up and dont want to get fucked with a drug test. Over the past month I started running everyday, longboarding everyday, try to get to the gym as much as I can. Let me tell you, even though its just one month I can notice SUCH an improvement in my health, not to mention my lung capacity while running has improved ten fold.
If you enjoy the green as much as I did, not trying to tell you to stop it, but just try taking a little break and notice how much better you feel, its actually incredible.
